In our daily lives the mind is often full of thoughts, plans, worries and impressions. Yet deep within we sense that this constant movement does not bring true peace.

What happens when we allow the mind to become quiet for a moment and simply observe life as it is?

This reflection explores how silence and love belong together. When we become inwardly still, a deeper current of life can be felt, a quiet presence that many spiritual traditions describe as the source of peace, clarity and compassion.

Together we reflect on the wisdom of silence found in traditions from East and West, and how it can be discovered in our own lives.

About our contemplations:

Our contemplative gatherings offer a brief interlude in the middle of our daily activities, inviting us to open our hearts to the silence within. Our contemplations are made for quiet reflection, so there will be no verbal exchanges. We open the space 10 minutes before the start of our contemplation, allowing you a moment to settle in and embrace the tranquillity. We’d like to encourage you to create a distraction-free environment to experience the moment fully.

During our meetings, contemplative texts will be shared to connect us with the divine essence that lies within our hearts. These texts will be interwoven with moments of silence and music, providing a space to absorb and reflect on the spiritual insights shared.

As we conclude our contemplation, we depart in silence, carrying the invaluable treasure of inner silence with us. We hope these moments enrich your heart and leave a deep imprint of tranquillity and enlightenment.
