Yet deep within we sense that this constant movement does not bring true peace. \nWhat happens when we allow the mind to become quiet for a moment and simply observe life as it is? \nThis reflection explores how silence and love belong together. When we become inwardly still\, a deeper current of life can be felt\, a quiet presence that many spiritual traditions describe as the source of peace\, clarity and compassion. \nTogether we reflect on the wisdom of silence found in traditions from East and West\, and how it can be discovered in our own lives. \nThis evening we will go deeper into this topic during our lecture/ webinar.
